BCC and The WALSH Group have entered into a formal Mentor- Protege Agreement, approved by the U.S. Small Business Administration. This agreement allows our collective capacity, technical capability and resources, to jointly execute any project for the Federal Government, even though that project may be set aside as a Small Disadvantaged Procurement.
