Contract and Accounting Management

BCC utilizes Primevera Expedition, Sure Trac and P-3 software to develop our critical path method schedules, track requests for information, monitor ours and our subcontractor production performance, account for modifications to the contract, tracks all hours expended on individual tasks and on the contract as a whole, and tracks all equipment and material costs associated with the contract. Additionally, BCC utilizes Pro Log software to design and modify our subcontracts, issue subcontract modifications, and track administrative documentation.

For our accounting purposes, BCC utilizes Timberline Accounting Software, which accurately tracks all expenditures, analyzes costs verses initial estimates, and identifies costs variances or trends. We recently installed a bridge program from Expedition to Timberline so that all financial data that is entered into Expedition automatically transfers to Timberline, saving what was previously double data entry.
